Dave Winer: Chapter 2

Having grown up basically with the internet almost always available to me and email being a very common tool available to me, I never really gave it much thought as to where email got its start. There is no question in my mind that Dave Winer advanced the web to what we see today, now we have an vast array of possibilities at our disposal.  Chapter 2 was very interesting, really opened my eyes to a lot of the foundation materials to something I utilize on a daily basis without giving a second thought to.
