Chapter 2 was a very interesting read. It makes one think about what the creation of technologies, such as email, that open a whole new realm of possibilities to the user.
One quote stood out to me in the chapter. "Once the users take control, they never give it back." I never exactly thought about that in regards to the internet until reading this chapter.
