I don't know if anyone looked up the video by Justin Hall that the first chapter referred to (or his actual blog), but I found the video on youtube, and I think the description of the video (as well as of Justin Hall) in the book is pretty accurate. He seems like an eccentric individual and the video definitely gives the vibe of wanting to 'talk someone down off the ledge'. Just thought it would be interesting to share the two links for the video, as well as the original blog.
