After reading the article and viewing some of the websites, I have come to the conclusion that net art can become just about anything. I feel as though it has more to do with the intent of the creator and less to do with actual "art" itself.
There are a wide set of available mediums out there and net art is just the next new form of that. It gives artists a new format to express their creativity.
