Net Art

With technology being what it is today and considering it will only advance further in the future, it seems that art will also evolve with the technology around it. At the very least the web gives artists a new medium to express themselves. The art produced on the net is available to a global audience and offers the artist an independence that a museum or gallery doesn't allow. I think allowing the spread of creativity over the web is a good thing overall, however there will always be issues much like anything else.
