I really had no idea that Justin Hall went on after his wacky self-loathing Dark Night video to become such a central figure in the formation of the personal website and blog. I found myself liking him more and more as his story unfolded. Although I think he is... troubled at best, his shameless motivation to get out there and share himself with everyone is enviable, and strangely inspirational. The internet, unlike any other form of media before it, has the ability to give someone like Justin -- with the knowledge and drive to make it happen -- the power to create interest and value for himself through the direct connection to other like-minded individuals immediately, across the globe. All this, without even really trying.
